May we introduce? The new PackEx portal!

Today is the day we have been working towards for months. The new PackEx portal is live! It is even more intuitive, even faster, and even more transparent. We took the feedback from you, our customers, to heart and developed it into a new ordering platform with a lot of effort, time and work. Our portal is the heart of PackEx. The entire ordering process, from configuring products to placing orders to shipping your custom folding boxes, is mapped through the portal. That's why we have optimized the individual processes and also made the design and menu navigation more appealing. What does this mean for you now? Read for yourself!

This is new!

The need to register or log in to see our product catalog is a thing of the past. We want to take the hurdle away from you to try our configurator and see the prices for your configured individual folding boxes - for more transparency.

Your product range includes a product in different flavors or scents? This means that the different box types have the same dimensions, but should be ordered in different designs. From now on you can quickly and easily order different variants of a product at PackEx and save money! Why? Not only you, but also we have less effort in processing with the same dimensions. We would like to pass this on to you, so that you can receive your folding boxes at a discount for as few as three variants.

With our shopping cart function you can bundle the order of your individual packaging solutions at PackEx. First, configure your various folding carton products with the appropriate dimensions, material and design. Then check your shopping cart for correctness and finally place your order in one go. If you don't have time to continue in the meantime, your shopping cart will of course be saved after you log out. So you can always return to your configuration and continue where you left off.

You can't imagine PackEx without the virtual warehouse? Not for us either. The positive feedback from our customers has convinced us to keep this feature. All created packages are still stored in our cloud-based warehouse and can be retrieved at any time. This eliminates the need for a large warehouse and makes the disposal of excess packaging a thing of the past. Only the name has changed. You can now find your cloud-based warehouse under "My products". Here you can also organize and filter your products with labels, if you want to.

More time for the essentials

Where is my order? When can I expect it? You can get the answer now by email or by looking at your orders in the PackEx portal. See the status of your orders 24/7 under "My orders" and get updated by mail. Are you tired of constantly forwarding mails to the responsible persons? We would like to simplify the time after your order with our new portal. Select your status and invoice recipient for each order individually or superordinately. This way you can make sure that the necessary information about your order will find the right colleague without any detours.

We depend on your feedback. As our customer, you know best what we should optimize and which functions make the most sense. So feel free to contact us with your constructive criticism.
